Tumbling
Rec Tumbling Classes begin the week of February 17th.
Our tumbling classes emphasize proper technique, body control, strength, and skill progression to help athletes advance safely and effectively.
Class Length: 55 minutes
Progression Policy: Athletes must demonstrate proficiency in all skills of their current level before moving up.
Skill assessments will be conducted during the first class, and coaches may adjust placements as needed to ensure proper progression.

OPEN GYM
Friday Open Gym is for ages 6-18 years old. Adult Open Gym is on Monday and Thursdays for ages 18+ only. Participants must register using the link below and have a completed waiver.
